I am a chocolate snob... a lover of melt in your mouth decadence. I freely admit to a stocked chocolate drawer, at least to those of you that through some fortuitous Google search stumbled upon my blog and DO NOT live with me. When I travel, I buy chocolate. When I shop, I buy chocolate. I guess, when I do anything, I buy chocolate. It is a dietary staple, a once a day treat, a pick me up, and a smile. Like any good choco-lista, I go by the science that a little is good for you, and for that I thank the chocolate gods!
In the coming weeks, months, and hopefully years, I hope to share my musings about what the world has to offer my fellow chocolate indulgers. Reviews of all kinds of chocolate from the grocery aisles to specialty, small batch, chocolatiers (with links to some of the best chocolate money can buy), will be my focus. As with wine, it isn't always cost that defines a refined product. I look for a unique chocolate experience, as much as a good ole' go to chocolate.
